Screening pauses until your credits refresh or you top up. On Core and up, extra screening is billed at $0.25 per credit. Starter is a hard cap with no overages.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Canceling stops billing, then the account is read-only for 90 days with data intact. Resubscribe in that window, or it is deleted.

What happens to my data if I cancel or pause?

A failed charge starts a 7-day grace period with a warning. Update your card in that window, or the account goes on hold.

What happens if my payment fails?

Go to Settings → Company Profile to set your name, industry, size, logo, and brand color. Logo and color cascade to every position.

How do I set up my company profile and brand identity?

Sign in three ways: password, Google, or a one-time email code. All three work on every account; pick whichever suits the moment.

How do I sign in to Truffle?

Go to Settings → Account settings to update your name, job title, phone, and timezone. Email is read-only; contact support to change it.
