Go to Settings → Notification Settings. Choose from three modes. Every completed interview, only above a match-score threshold, or off. The setting is per-user.

Updated today

For employers adjusting which Truffle emails they receive.

Truffle emails you whenever a candidate completes their interview, so you know when someone new is ready to review. You can control how often those emails arrive in Settings → Notification Settings. Three modes are available: every completed interview, only above a match-score threshold, or off.

How to change your notification setting

To change your notification setting, open Settings and switch to the Notification Settings tab. The change takes effect immediately.

  1. Click the settings icon in the sidebar.

  2. Open the Notification Settings tab.

  3. Pick one of the three modes (below).

  4. Your choice saves automatically.

The three modes

The setting is per-user. Each teammate controls their own notifications independently.

  • Every completed interview. You get one email per candidate who finishes. Best if you're screening a small pool.

  • Match-score threshold. You only get emails when a candidate's match percentage exceeds a threshold you pick (40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, or 80%). Best if you're running high-volume positions and only want to hear about strong candidates.

  • Off. No completion emails. Use this if you check the dashboard on your own schedule.

What notifications are and aren't covered by this setting

This setting controls completion notifications only. Other Truffle emails still follow their own logic:

  • Candidate invitation emails (sent to candidates). Controlled per-position by job settings and by the sender's customizations.

  • Team-review activity. No emails are sent for this; check the dashboard's "Awaiting your review" indicator.

  • Billing and account emails. Always sent to Owners and billing contacts, not controlled here.
