For candidates stuck on a screen where the Continue or Next button won't advance.
When Continue or Next doesn't respond, it's almost always a temporary glitch in the browser or connection — not a problem with your interview. Your completed answers are saved, so the fixes below are safe to try. Most people are moving again within a minute.
Quick fixes to try first
Refresh the page — press
Cmd + R(Mac) orCtrl + R(Windows). Your progress is saved, so you'll return to the same spot.Check your internet — open a new tab and load any website to confirm you're online. A dropped connection is the most common cause.
Wait a few seconds — if an answer is still uploading, the button may be briefly inactive until it finishes.
Make sure the step is complete
Some screens won't let you continue until the step is finished. Check that:
You've recorded an answer (or used your last retake) on a video question.
You've answered every item on an assessment or qualifying-question screen — ranking or selecting all required options.
Any required upload, like a resume, has finished and shows as added.
If a required field is missing, the page will usually highlight what still needs your input.
If it still won't advance
Try a supported browser — switch to the latest Chrome or Safari.
Disable VPNs and strict privacy extensions temporarily — they can block the page from saving and advancing.
Switch devices — your progress is saved, so you can reopen the same link on another computer or phone using the same email address.
