How do I start and access my interview?

Open your interview from the link in your invitation email — no app to install and nothing to download. If you can't get past the first screen, it's almost always a browser, connection, or permissions issue you can fix fast.

Your Truffle interview opens right in your web browser from the link in your invitation email — there's no app to install and no account to create. If the link isn't opening or you can't get past the first screen, the fixes below clear up almost every case.


How to open your interview

  1. Open the invitation or reminder email from the employer.

  2. Click the interview link or button in that email.

  3. Your interview opens in your browser. Follow the on-screen steps to begin.


It works on desktop and mobile. For the best experience, use the latest Chrome or Safari.


If you can't find your link

The link is in the email the employer sent to invite you. If you can't find it:


  • Search your inbox for the employer's name or "interview".

  • Check your spam, promotions, or junk folders.

  • If it still isn't there, contact the employer to resend it — they manage the invitations, so they can send a fresh link.


If you can't get past the first screen

If the interview won't load or the Continue or Start button doesn't respond:


  • Refresh the page — press Cmd + R (Mac) or Ctrl + R (Windows).

  • Check your connection — open a new tab and load any website to confirm you're online.

  • Allow camera and microphone — if your browser asked for access and you declined, the interview can't start. Click the camera/microphone icon in the address bar and set both to Allow, then refresh.

  • Use a supported browser — switch to the latest Chrome or Safari if you're on something else.

  • Disable VPNs or strict privacy extensions temporarily — they sometimes block parts of the page from loading.
