How do I see pipeline analytics for my positions?

Open Analytics from the sidebar to see every position as a card with a mini funnel of where its candidates are now. Click any card for a full funnel, dispositions, channel completion, and review responsiveness.

For employers who want to see where candidates are dropping off and how quickly the team is reviewing them.

Pipeline analytics live on the Analytics page in the sidebar. The first view is an organization summary listing every active position with a mini funnel. Click a position card to drill into a full stage-by-stage funnel with conversion percentages, a disposition breakdown of completed candidates, completion rates compared by channel, and two review-responsiveness metrics. A 7d / 30d / 90d / All filter at the top of the page scopes every count on the page to that window.

How to open Analytics

To see pipeline analytics, click Analytics in the sidebar.

  1. In the sidebar, click Analytics.

  2. The Active tab opens by default. You'll see every active position as a card with a mini funnel.

  3. Positions with candidates waiting on a first review float to the top. The rest sort by most recently created.

  4. Use the 7d / 30d / 90d / All filter at the top right to scope every count on the page to that time window.

Each card on the org summary shows the position name, a mini funnel sized by candidate count at each configured stage, a label for how many stages the position has, the position's completion rate, and a green badge with the number of candidates ready for a first review.

How to read a position's pipeline

Click any position card on the org summary to open the position detail view. The detail view has four sections.

Pipeline funnel

The full funnel shows every stage in your screening pipeline as a vertical bar. The number on top of each bar is the candidate count at that stage. The percentage under the stage label is that stage's share of the total Started count. Between every pair of stages, you'll see the conversion percentage — what share of candidates at the earlier stage made it to the next one.

Conversion percentages only render once a position has at least 10 Started candidates. Below that, the page shows "Too early to tell" instead of a number that doesn't mean anything.

Dispositions

Once a candidate completes the screening, they're dispositioned into one of For Review, Advanced, Hired, On Hold, or Rejected. The Dispositions card shows how completed candidates split across those states as a horizontal stacked bar plus a legend with exact counts.

Hired candidates are included in the Completed stage count of the pipeline funnel and shown as their own disposition category. They are not double-counted.

Completion by channel

This card compares completion rates between two channels: candidates from direct invitations and candidates from your open shareable link. Each channel gets its own track bar with a percentage and a "completed of started" count.

If one channel converts much better than the other, that's a useful signal about where to spend more time.

Review responsiveness

Two tiles in the Review responsiveness card surface how quickly your team is acting on completed candidates:

  • Average time to first disposition. How long completed candidates wait, on average, before someone on your team advances, holds, or rejects them.

  • Oldest unreviewed candidate. The age of your stalest For Review candidate, with the date they've been waiting since.

How to find closed positions

Closed positions are on a separate tab.

  1. From the Analytics page, click the Closed tab next to Active.

  2. Closed positions are sorted by their close date, newest first.

  3. The same time filter and position detail view apply to closed positions.

Frequently asked questions

Why does a position say "Too early to tell"?

Conversion percentages and a few other metrics only render once a position has at least 10 Started candidates. Below that threshold, the sample is too small to draw a meaningful conclusion. Once a position crosses 10 Started, the percentages appear automatically.

What does "Stage" mean?

A stage is each configured step in your screening pipeline. For example, a position with the personality assessment and Environment Fit enabled has Started, Personality, Environment Fit, and Completed as its four stages.

Why are some position cards highlighted on the org summary?

Positions with at least one candidate waiting on a first review get a green "X ready for review" badge and float to the top of the Active tab. Positions with no unreviewed candidates show "All caught up" in gray.

Can I filter Analytics to a specific stage or disposition?

Not yet. The time filter at the top of the page applies to the whole page. To see one position in detail, click into its card.
