General Tips (For All Systems)

  1. Check your hardware: Ensure your microphone is properly connected and not muted.

  2. Restart your browser: Sometimes, a simple restart can work wonders.

  3. Clear browser cache: This can resolve permission-related issues.

Windows Desktop Users

Chrome / Edge

  1. Click the lock icon in the address bar.

  2. Select "Site settings".

  3. Ensure "Microphone" is set to "Allow".

Firefox

  1. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose "Options" > "Privacy & Security".

  3. Scroll to "Permissions" and click "Settings" next to Microphone.

  4. Find our website and select "Allow".

Macbook Users

Chrome

  1. Click "Chrome" in the top menu bar.

  2. Select "Settings" > "Privacy and security" > "Site settings" > "Microphone".

  3. Ensure our website is in the "Allowed" list.

Safari

  1. Click "Safari" in the top menu bar.
