How do I publish my job page?

Every published position gets a hosted public job page with a built-in apply flow. Candidates apply without an account.

Every position you publish gets a hosted public job page with a built-in apply flow. There's nothing extra to set up: activate the position and the page exists. The link lives on the position's Review and activate step.

The hosted job page

Each published position has its own public job page where candidates can read about the role and apply directly. Candidates don't need an account.

The apply flow is built in:

  1. The candidate uploads their resume as a PDF.

  2. Truffle reads the resume in the candidate's browser and asks them to confirm their details.

  3. If anything is missing or wrong, the candidate can correct it, or enter their details manually instead.

Only PDF files are accepted, and files that only pretend to be PDFs are rejected at upload.

Search engines can find your page

Job pages are server-rendered and include job-posting structured data, and they're kept current in a sitemap. That means search engines can index your roles without any work on your side, and candidates can find them through search as well as through your links.

Where to find the link

The job page link lives on the position's Review and activate step. Open the position, go to the final step, and copy the link. You can post it on job boards, share it on social media, or use it as the "apply URL" anywhere you list the role.

What happens when someone applies

Candidates who apply through your job page land in the position's candidate list like any other candidate.

  • If resume scoring is turned on for the position, their resume is scored on arrival.

  • You can advance them to the interview stage, and their resume, contact details, and qualification info stay visible throughout.
