For employers getting candidates into a Truffle screening.
Truffle gives you three ways to invite candidates to a position: email a direct invite (best when you already have the candidate), share an open interview link on job boards or your careers page (anyone with the link can apply), or push candidates in from your ATS via Zapier. Open the position, click + Invite Candidates in the top right, and pick the tab that matches what you want to do.
Email a direct invite
Direct invite is for candidates you already have. Existing applicants, referrals, past candidates you want to re-engage.
Open the position and click + Invite Candidates.
On the Direct invite tab, enter the candidate's first name, last name, and email.
Click Invite.
The candidate receives an email with a personalized link to the interview and is added to the Incomplete tab until they complete it.
Share an open interview link
The open link is the same URL for everyone. Post it on LinkedIn, Indeed, your careers page, social, or in outbound email campaigns, and anyone who clicks applies.
Open the position and click + Invite Candidates.
On the Application link tab, copy the URL.
Paste it into your job post, email, or careers page.

Push candidates from your ATS
If your ATS already holds candidates, you can send them straight into Truffle using Zapier. The Zap fires on a new candidate event in your ATS, and Truffle receives the invite automatically. See How do I connect Truffle to other tools? for setup.
Invite a list of candidates at once
If you've got dozens or hundreds of candidates in a spreadsheet, paste them in bulk rather than inviting one at a time. See How do I invite candidates in bulk from a spreadsheet?.
What candidates see after you invite them
Candidates invited directly receive an email with a personalized link. Candidates who click your open link land on a welcome screen, enter their name and email, then move through qualification checks (if configured) and the video interview.
