Truffle does not have a direct Indeed integration, so you connect the two by hand. There are two ways to do it. You can have Indeed email each application to your Truffle import address, which imports applicants automatically. Or you can point Indeed's Apply button at your Truffle application link, so candidates apply in Truffle instead.
Send Indeed applications to your Truffle import address
Every position in Truffle has its own import address. When Indeed emails each application to that address, Truffle imports the candidate automatically, along with their resume when Indeed attaches one, and the applicant appears in your position with everyone else.
Two settings do the work, and both live on the same Indeed screen. Adding the address tells Indeed who to notify. The individual-email setting is what actually sends each application.
In Truffle, open the position, go to Get candidates, and turn on Auto-import applicants. Copy the import address it shows you.
In Indeed, open the job and choose Edit job post, then Application method. When you are creating a job rather than editing one, this is the last screen of the Settings section.
Under Application updates and access to candidates on Indeed, click + Add email and paste your Truffle import address.
Tick Send an individual email each time someone applies. This step is the one that matters. Without it, Indeed sends summaries instead of individual applications, and nothing imports.
Save the job, then select Confirm.
Indeed then emails your import address an invitation to create an Indeed account. That invitation is expected, and you can ignore it. It only exists so a person could view candidates inside Indeed, and it has no effect on whether applications reach Truffle. Truffle shows you that email on the Auto-import card so you know it arrived.
Make sure Indeed sends the resume
Indeed only attaches a resume to the application email when the applicant provided one, and two Indeed settings decide whether that happens. Check both when you set up the job.
Ask for a resume on the job — In the job's application settings, Indeed asks whether to request a resume from applicants. Choose the option that requires one. When resumes are optional, many applicants skip them, and when Indeed does not ask, it never collects one.
Attach the resume to application emails — Indeed's application update email settings include an option to send the candidate's resume as an attachment. Turn it on.
With the resume attached, Truffle saves it to the candidate's profile, includes it in resume screening when your position uses it, and picks up the candidate's own email address where the resume lists one. Without the resume, Truffle imports the applicant with only their Indeed relay address. Invitations still reach the candidate through Indeed, but there is no resume to review and no personal email address.
Nothing is importing
Open the job in Indeed and check the two settings above. In almost every case, the import address was added but Send an individual email each time someone applies was left unticked, so Indeed never sent the individual application emails.
Also check the Import activity list under Get candidates in Truffle. It shows every message that reached your import address and what happened to it.
Applicants import without a resume
When applicants appear in Truffle with an Indeed relay address and no resume, Indeed sent the application without one. Open the job in Indeed and check the two resume settings above. Applications that already arrived are not updated. New applications after the change include the resume.
Or redirect the Indeed Apply button to Truffle
Use this instead if you would rather candidates apply in Truffle directly. When the Apply button goes to Truffle, every candidate applies in one place. If you skip this and only add a link inside the description, Indeed's Apply button still collects applications on Indeed, and your applicants split across two places.
Open Indeed's chat support from your Indeed employer account and ask them to enable Apply on company site for your account. You do not give support your Truffle link. You are only asking them to turn the option on.
Once it is enabled, open your job posting in Indeed and edit it.
In the posting's application settings, choose Apply on company site.
Paste your Truffle application link as the apply URL, then save.
The Apply button now sends candidates straight to your Truffle interview.

Fallback: add your Truffle link to the description
Use this only if Indeed will not enable Apply on company site for your account. You paste your Truffle link into the job description as clickable text, and candidates click it there.
Open the position in Truffle.
Go to Step 4: Review and activate, or open an active position and click the Review section.
Find Post on Job Boards and click Copy Full Job Description.
In Indeed, paste the block into the job description field.
Important: With this fallback, Indeed's Apply button still points at Indeed, so some candidates will apply there instead of through your Truffle link. Your applications will split across both places. Tell candidates in the description to use the Truffle link, and check Indeed for any applicants who used the button.
If Indeed asks for an application email
Some Indeed posting flows offer only an application email, not a URL. Use your Truffle import address there, and follow the steps above so Indeed sends an individual email for each application.
