For employers reviewing a candidate in Truffle.
A candidate profile has five tabs. Overview, Profile, Resume, Assessments, Screening. And an evaluation panel on the right where you submit your review. Overview is where you land; it surfaces everything you need for a 30-second read: AI summary, key insights, assessment review cards (Personality, Work Scenarios, Environment Fit) if any are enabled, and video highlight clips.
Overview tab
The Overview tab is the at-a-glance summary of the candidate, built so you can decide without leaving this view.
Assessment cards. If Personality, Work Scenarios, or Environment Fit is enabled for the position, each one's review card appears at the top with alignment signals. Click any card to jump to the full breakdown on the Assessments tab.
Candidate summary. AI-generated paragraph summarizing the candidate's key strengths and role fit.
Key insights. AI breakdown of fit across specific criteria (for example, Guest communication, Problem resolution, Experience insight). Each insight explains where in the candidate's responses that signal came from.
Candidate shorts. AI-selected highlight clips from the video interview with timestamped transcripts. Click a timestamp to jump into the video.
Quick actions. Advance, On Hold, Reject buttons at the top.
Profile tab
The Profile tab shows basic contact info and how the candidate did on qualification checks.
Contact details (email, phone, location)
Responses to each qualification question
Pass/fail indicators; failed qualifications are flagged in red
Resume tab
The Resume tab displays the candidate's uploaded resume inline, with a Download PDF button to save a copy.
Assessments tab
The Assessments tab shows the full breakdown of any assessments the candidate completed. It appears only if Personality, Work Scenarios, or Environment Fit is enabled for the position.
Personality. Trait-by-trait alignment (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism). Each trait row shows an alignment state. Aligned, Close, Gap, or Not-scored. And a zone bar showing where the candidate lands.
Work Scenarios. Scenario-by-scenario alignment between the candidate's ranking and your preferred approach, plus an overall alignment percentage at the top.
Environment Fit. Question-by-question alignment between the candidate's preferences and the workplace conditions you configured for the position.
Each section uses risk framing (for example, "No gaps across 5 prioritized traits") that matches the summary on the Overview-tab cards.
Screening tab
The Screening tab has the full interview. Video playback for each question, the transcript, AI evaluation, and match percentages per question. Use it when you want to dig into specific responses rather than the AI summary.
Evaluation panel (right side)
The evaluation panel is where you submit your review. It has three sections: Your Evaluation (your star rating + recommendation + optional scorecard scores), Team (aggregated team feedback. Locked until you submit your own), and Notes (shared team notes). See How do I submit reviews and use scorecards? for the full walkthrough.
