The careers widget puts a live list of your open positions on any page of your own website. You paste one snippet, and the list stays current on its own: publish a position and it appears, close it and it disappears.
Get your snippet
Open Settings → Company and find Add your open positions to your website.
Copy the snippet. Truffle generates the key it needs automatically, so it's ready the first time you look.
Paste it into your website wherever the list should appear. Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or any site that accepts embed code works. No developer needed.
Make it match your site
Pick a theme: Light, Dark, or Brand color. Light and Dark are neutral. Brand uses your primary color with the same treatment candidates see on your screening interview.
Group roles by location or employment type under Advanced customization.
The live preview in Settings shows exactly what visitors will get before you touch your website.
How it behaves
The widget lists your open published positions. Each role links to its apply flow.
Applicants land in the position's candidate list like any other candidate, and the Settings section shows how many candidates arrived through the widget.
If the widget can't load, visitors see a link to your hosted careers page instead of an empty box.
Privacy and security notes
The widget shows only public information: the positions you've published, the same ones on your hosted careers page.
The key inside the snippet is a publishable key. It only unlocks your public job list, so it's safe to have in your website's source code.
Candidates who apply go through the same apply flow as your job page, including the candidate-facing AI notice.
