If you've reached your interview but the questions aren't appearing — or the page is stuck loading — it's almost always a temporary loading or browser issue rather than a problem with your interview. Your progress is saved, so the steps below are safe to try.
Quick fixes to try first
Refresh the page — press
Cmd + R(Mac) orCtrl + R(Windows) and give it a moment to load fully.Check your internet — open a new tab and load any website to confirm you're online; a weak connection can leave the page half-loaded.
Wait a few seconds — interview content can take a moment to appear on a slower connection.
Clear your cache or try a clean window
Outdated browser data is a common cause of a page that won't load properly:
Open the interview in an incognito/private window and sign back in with the same email.
Or clear your browser's cache and cookies, then reopen the interview link.
Try a supported browser or device
Switch to the latest Chrome or Safari if you're using something else.
Disable VPNs and strict privacy or ad-blocking extensions temporarily — they can stop interview content from loading.
Switch devices — your progress is saved, so you can reopen the same link on another computer or phone using the same email address.
