You can upload a pre-recorded MP4 instead of recording on-the-spot for three places in the screening:
Each individual screening question.
The welcome video at the start of the screening.
The exit or completion video at the end.
How to upload
Go to the relevant setup screen: job creation question setup, welcome video setup, or completion video setup.
Pick the Upload video option. It sits next to the existing Record option.
Choose your MP4 file.
Save.
When to upload vs record
Use Record when you want to record fresh in the browser.
Use Upload when you have a polished, edited video already.
You can mix and match: one question can use a recording, the next an upload.
Things to know
Welcome and completion videos can be up to 120 seconds.
The same upload option is available across screening questions, welcome videos, and exit videos.
