For employers setting up their company profile in Truffle.
Your company profile defines how Truffle presents your company to candidates. Name, logo, primary brand color, plus context for AI (industry, company size, hiring frequency). Your logo and color cascade as defaults to every position you create, so candidates see the same brand identity across every interview unless you override it per-position.
How to open your company profile
To open your company profile, click the settings icon in the sidebar and switch to the Company Profile tab.
In the sidebar, click Company Settings at the bottom.
Open the Company Profile tab.
Company information
Fill in the core facts about your company. Truffle uses some of these fields when AI suggests interview questions and scores candidates.
Company name. Appears on candidate-facing interview pages and on the From line of candidate emails.
Website. Optional link to your main site.
Industry. Used by AI to tune question suggestions.
Company size. Used by AI to tune question suggestions.
Hiring frequency. How often you hire; used by AI and for usage tracking.
Brand identity
The Brand identity section controls how Truffle looks to candidates.
Logo. Click Upload logo to add a PNG, JPG, or SVG up to 2 MB. Recommended size: 300 × 100 px with a transparent background. Once uploaded, use Replace, Remove, or Reset to default to manage it.
Primary brand color. Click the color swatch to open the color picker. Pick any HEX value; it applies to buttons and accents on every candidate-facing page.
Your logo and color cascade to every position by default. On any individual position, you can override either one to give that role its own look. See How do I customize the candidate experience for a position? for the per-position override.
Position-level overrides and the four states
On each position, the logo and color can be in one of four states:
Default. Inherited from the company profile. This is what you get out of the box.
Overridden. You changed the value on the position; it no longer inherits.
Inherited. The position is showing the company value, even after you explicitly edited it (for example, if you overrode then clicked Reset).
Cleared. Explicitly set to nothing on the position.
Changes to the company-level logo and color flow to every position in the Default or Inherited state. Positions in Overridden or Cleared state are unaffected.
