Truffle connects three ways. For ATS integrations, the fastest path is a 15-minute walkthrough with our team so they can scope your current setup and point you at the right integration. Several ATS integrations are in active beta. For non-ATS tools (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, and 1,000+ more), use Zapier. For custom integrations you build yourself, use the REST API. All three live under the Integrations icon in the sidebar. Integrations are available on paid plans.
ATS integrations (book a walkthrough)
For any ATS, including Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, Bullhorn, BambooHR, JazzHR, Ashby, Zoho Recruit, Breezy HR, Recruitee, and Workday, the fastest way to scope your integration is a 15-minute demo. Our team will walk through your current ATS, what you want Truffle to push or pull, and which path fits best (direct integration, Zapier, or REST API).

Zapier (non-ATS tools)
Zapier connects Truffle to 1,000+ apps: Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Airtable, and more.
Two key Truffle actions work out of the box:
Invite Candidate. Push a candidate into Truffle, which emails them the interview invitation.
Interview Completed. Trigger any Zap when a candidate finishes. For example, create a row in a Google Sheet or send a Slack notification.
To set up Zapier:
Click the Integrations icon in the sidebar (jigsaw puzzle).
Select Zapier.
Click Get started to generate a Zapier API key.
Paste the key into Zapier when prompted during Zap setup.
Zapier also works for ATS connections if you prefer a self-serve setup, but the demo route is faster to get right.
REST API (custom integrations)
If you need something Zapier doesn't cover and you're comfortable writing code, use the Truffle API. See How do I use the Truffle API?.

If Truffle doesn't support the tool you need, click Request integration on any integration card. Your request goes to the product team, and you'll hear back if it's on the roadmap.
