Note: This isn't an exhaustive list, but what we recommend.
Internet connection requirements
A stable internet connection is essential for completing your video interview without interruptions.
Minimum requirements
Upload speed: 5 Mbps minimum
Download speed: 5 Mbps minimum
Important: Both upload and download speeds must meet the minimum requirement. If your connection is slower than 5 Mbps, you'll need to find an alternative connection before starting your interview.
How to test your internet speed
Visit a speed testing website such as speedtest.net
Click Go or Start Test
Check that both upload and download speeds are at least 5 Mbps
If speeds are too slow, try moving closer to your router or switching to a different network
Troubleshooting
If your specific device or operating system isn't listed above, you can still try accessing Truffle with a supported browser. As long as you're using one of the recommended browsers in its latest version, the interview should work properly.
Where can I access a suitable device?
If you don't have access to a compatible device, consider these options:
Public libraries often provide computers with internet access
Schools or universities may have computer labs available
Internet cafes offer hourly computer rental
Friends or family members may be willing to lend their device
Tip: Book time in advance at public facilities, as availability may be limited during peak hours.
Browser isn't working properly?
If you experience issues with your current browser:
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Disable browser extensions temporarily
Try using Google Chrome in incognito/private mode
Switch to a different supported browser
