Truffle automatically sends reminder emails to candidates who haven't completed their application. Here's when reminders are sent:

These reminders encourage candidates to return and finish their application. No action is needed from you—the system handles this automatically.

You can also send a reminder to an incomplete candidate at any time.

The candidate will receive an email prompting them to complete their application.

Note: You can send manual reminders even if the candidate has already received automatic reminders.

If you need to delete a candidate's interview response and have them redo their application, contact Truffle Support. Our team will help you remove the existing response so the candidate can start fresh.

Alternatively you can also candidates to complete with a different email address.

Automatic reminders are enabled by default and cannot be disabled. They help maximize completion rates by re-engaging candidates who started but didn't finish.

There's no limit to how many manual reminders you can send. However, we recommend spacing them out to avoid overwhelming candidates.
