How to preview your interview
Complete your interview setup through the Set up position and Add questions steps.
Navigate to the Review and activate step.
Scroll to the Interview preview section at the bottom of the page.
Click Preview interview.
Start your preview
When you click preview, a modal appears explaining what you're about to see:
Interview is live but private - only you can access it.
You can edit anytime after previewing.
Complete the interview to see AI analysis.
Click Start preview to begin.
Note: The preview uses a private link that only works for you. Candidates cannot access your interview until you activate and share it.
What to check during preview
The candidate welcome experience
Your preview starts exactly where candidates begin. Check these elements:
Company branding
Logo displays correctly and is properly sized.
Brand colors appear throughout the interface.
Company name is accurate.
Welcome message
Text or video greeting sets the right tone.
Position title and company are clearly stated.
Any custom instructions are easy to understand.
Test the full experience
Read each question carefully for clarity and typos.
Experience timing firsthand:
Watch the thinking timer count down.
Feel if 2 minutes is enough response time.
Check if retake options appear correctly.
Test any qualification questions you've added.
Complete the entire interview to see the candidate completion screen.
