Create a share link
Open the candidate you want to share
Click Share on the candidate page
Review what’s included and excluded in the shared view
Click Generate link
Click Copy and paste the link where you need it
You’ll see the exact expiry date on the confirmation screen
Revoke or replace a link
Open the same candidate and click Share
Click Revoke link to disable access immediately
Click Generate link again if you need a fresh link
How the public share page works
Viewers see the candidate’s name, the questions asked, and each answer
