When a candidate completes their Truffle interview, their response enters our processing queue and is securely uploaded to your account. In most cases, completed interviews appear within a few minutes. During periods of high activity, processing may take slightly longer.
This article explains why there's a processing delay and what to do if an interview hasn't appeared.
Processing times
Standard processing
Most interviews appear in your account within 5 to 10 minutes after the candidate clicks submit. This gives our AI time to analyze responses, generate match %, and prepare video highlights.
High-volume periods
During periods when many candidates are submitting interviews at the same time, processing may take longer. The system handles interviews in the order they're received.
Why processing takes time
Truffle processes candidate recordings in real time using AI and audio analysis. Each interview requires:
Transcription of video or audio responses
AI analysis across your custom evaluation criteria
Generation of match percentage and key insights
Creation of candidate shorts and highlights
This processing ensures you receive complete, analyzed candidate profiles rather than raw recordings.
Troubleshooting delayed interviews
If it's been more than 30 minutes and you don't see a completed interview in your account, try these steps:
Refresh your browser to reload the candidate list.
Check the In Progress tab to see if the candidate's application is still incomplete.
Contact Truffle Support via live chat if the interview still doesn't appear.
Note: Make sure you're looking in the correct job dashboard. If you have multiple active jobs, the interview may have been submitted to a different role.
