How to use it

Job boards

Paste the link into job ads on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, or ZipRecruiter. Add a line like: “Apply by completing this short video interview: [link].”

ATS or CRM

Send the link via bulk email to candidates already in your system. Works with Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, or any ATS that supports mass messaging.

Email outreach

Add the link to personalized messages sent via tools like Smartlead, Apollo, or Mailchimp. Great for warm leads and passive candidates.

Company website

Drop the link on your careers page or inside a "Quick Apply" section. It reduces dropoff and gives candidates a faster path to apply.

Social media

Post the link directly to Twitter, Facebook, or niche communities like Discord or Reddit (if relevant to your role).

QR codes

For in-store hiring or flyers, generate a QR code that leads to your interview link and add it to physical signage.

Pro tips

  • Add a welcome message to the interview so it feels personal and sets expectations

  • Use a URL shortener (like Bitly) if the link looks too long for your platform

  • Always check your job board's rules—some (like Indeed) may limit external links in job ads
