Filtering completed interviews

When you have more than 10 completed candidates, Truffle gives you flexible filters to help you sort, prioritize, and find your best matches faster.

Where to find the filters

Go to your job dashboard → Completed tab
You’ll see dropdown filters above the table:

  • Status

  • Match

  • Date Applied

How each filter works

1. Status
Quickly segment candidates by their current review stage:

  • Advance

  • Hold

  • Rejected

  • For Review

Useful for separating those you’ve already moved forward from those needing a fresh look.

2. Match
Filter by AI match analysis:

  • 90%+

  • 80%+

  • 70%+

  • 60%+

This lets you laser in on your most aligned applicants—especially handy when managing high-volume roles.

3. Date Applied
Sort by:

  • Today

  • This Week

  • This Month

Great for batch reviewing recent applicants or prioritizing older submissions that need attention.

Why it matters

If you’re reviewing dozens (or hundreds) of candidates, filters save time and reduce bias. You get a clear view of who meets your criteria and who deserves a deeper dive.

Pro tip: Combine filters to narrow your view even further—for example, see only 90%+ match candidates who applied this week and are still marked For Review.

These filters unlock once you’ve passed 10 completed interviews, giving you full control over how you navigate your talent pool.
