The job dashboard shows all candidates who have applied to your role. You can view candidates by status, filter by match percentage or application date, and take quick actions without opening individual profiles.
This article explains how to navigate your candidate list, use filters to prioritize reviews, and manage candidate statuses efficiently.
Navigate the job dashboard
From your job dashboard, you'll see tabs that organize candidates by their current status.
Candidate status tabs
For Review: Candidates who have completed their application and are waiting for your first review
Reviewed: Candidates you or your team have already evaluated
In Progress: Candidates who started but haven't completed their application
All Candidates: Complete list of everyone who has applied
Click any tab to view candidates in that status. Each tab shows the number of candidates in that category.
Candidate table columns
The table displays key information about each candidate:
Candidate: Name and email address
Status: Current review stage (For Review, Advance, On Hold, or Rejected)
Match: AI-generated match percentage based on your job criteria
Team Rating: Star ratings from your team members (if any have been added)
Date: When the candidate applied and completed their interview
Use the candidate table
Sort and prioritize candidates
Click any column header to sort the table by that field. Common approaches include:
Sort by Match to start with the highest-scoring candidates
Sort by Date to review the most recent applicants first
Sort by Team Rating to see which candidates your team rated highest
Review candidates quickly
You don't need to open every profile to make initial decisions. Use the match percentage, team ratings, and status to identify promising candidates at a glance.
Click any candidate's name to open their full profile and review detailed responses, AI insights, and video highlights.
Note: On a free trial, you can only view your first 5 completed applications. Additional candidates will be blurred until you subscribe to a paid plan.
Filter candidates
When you have more than 10 completed candidates, filters appear above the table to help you narrow your view.
Available filters
Status filter
Segment candidates by their current review stage:
All statuses: Show everyone
Advance: Candidates you've moved forward
Hold: Candidates flagged for later review
Rejected: Candidates who aren't a fit
For Review: Candidates waiting for initial review
Match filter
Filter by AI match analysis:
All Match: Show all candidates
90% +: Highest-scoring candidates only
80% +: Strong matches
70% +: Moderate matches
60% +: Lower matches
This helps you focus on candidates who align best with your role requirements, especially in high-volume hiring.
Date Applied filter
Sort by application date:
All Time: Show all candidates
Today: Candidates who applied today
This Week: Candidates who applied in the last 7 days
This Month: Candidates who applied this month
Use this to batch review recent applicants or prioritize older submissions that need attention.
Combine filters
You can use multiple filters together to create custom views. For example, filter for 90%+ match candidates who applied this week and are still marked For Review.
Tip: Filters help you manage large candidate pools more efficiently and ensure you don't overlook qualified applicants.
