Common questions

Can I edit the profile?
You can’t change candidate answers or summaries, but you can add notes, ratings, and status updates at any time.

What if a candidate failed all qualifications but seems promising?
You can still advance them manually; qualification questions help you spot mismatches but don’t block action.

Where can I see all my candidates?
Head to the job dashboard and click into any candidate card to open their full profile.

Candidate profiles are built for speed and clarity, giving your team all the context they need to make confident, collaborative decisions.
