Canceling stops future charges but doesn't end your access immediately. You'll keep all features and data until your current billing period ends.
Important: Yearly plans don't qualify for partial refunds. You'll keep access for the full year you've already paid for.
Cancel your subscription
Click Billing & Subscriptions in the left sidebar.
Scroll to your Current Plan section.
Click Cancel below your plan details.
Confirm cancellation in the modal that appears.
You'll see a confirmation message once cancellation is complete. Your plan expiration date will appear in the Current Plan section.
What happens after you cancel
You keep full access to Truffle until the end of your current billing period. After that date, you'll lose access to your account and all features.
Your data remains saved on Truffle's servers. If you resubscribe within 90 days, you'll regain access to all your jobs, candidates, and interview history.
Note: After a certain period of inactivity, your account and data may be permanently deleted according to Truffle's data retention policy.
Reactivate your plan
Changed your mind? You can reactivate anytime before your billing period ends.
Go to Billing & Subscriptions.
Click Reactivate under your current plan.
Confirm reactivation.
Your plan will continue normally, and you'll be charged again at your next renewal date.
