Getting the link in front of the right eyes is the last mile of every hiring campaign. This guide shows how to post the link on LinkedIn and Indeed in a way their algorithms reward, and how to email it to your applicants.
LinkedIn remains the default discovery hub for knowledge-work talent. Follow these four steps to make sure the platform routes applicants straight to Truffle.
1. Start a new job post
Click the Jobs icon on the LinkedIn homepage
Select Post a Job
If LinkedIn shows contract options, hit Continue next to LinkedIn Job Posting
2. Enter job details
On the Job Details screen fill out:
Job title – mirror the exact wording used on the Truffle landing page to boost search relevance
Company name
Location – remote, hybrid, or onsite all work as long as they match the landing page copy
Employment type
Description – open with three crisp sentences about impact, then paste the full spec. Add a one-line call-to-action such as “Apply through our Truffle link below.”
Skills – accept LinkedIn’s suggestions, then add up to three must-have stack keywords
3. Add the Truffle application link
Move to the Applicant Options page.
In How would you like to receive applicants? choose At an external website.
Paste the Truffle URL in the field provided. This turns LinkedIn’s Apply button into a direct bridge to the assessment.
4. Publish and amplify
Click Continue, review the preview, and post.
Share the listing from the corporate page and ask two stakeholders to like or comment within the first half-hour; early engagement lifts the post in home-page feeds by roughly fifteen percent.
Indeed
Indeed still delivers the largest volume of active jobseekers, but its native apply flow is clunky. The workaround is the Apply URL feature, which pushes traffic straight to Truffle.
1. Ask support to enable Apply URL
Open Chat with us from the employer dashboard
Request “Please enable Apply URL for our account.”
Activation usually happens in under a minute
Note: this needs to be a sponsored job for this to be possible. If you don't have a sponsored job, just add your Truffle interview to the body of the job post.
2. Post the job
Click Post a Job
Under Application Settings choose Apply with URL
Paste the Truffle link in Where should job seekers be sent to apply for this job?
3. Complete the listing
Fill in the remaining details—title, location, salary range, job description—and publish. Candidates who hit Apply will be diverted to your Truffle experience without an extra login step.
Email: reach existing applicants
A well-timed email lands where algorithms cannot. Keep it personal and concise.
