Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a critical role in generating leads, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into long-term clients. This is a fast-paced role ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and results-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients through various channels, including online platforms and industry events.

Relationship Building:

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads and support the sales process.

Reporting and Analysis:
Track and document all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Analyze lead generation metrics and suggest improvements to enhance effectiveness.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales or a customer-facing role.
Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Tech Savviness: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
