Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will manage BrightPath Inc.'s online presence, foster engagement, and drive brand awareness in the renewable energy space. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and data-driven marketing to amplify BrightPath’s message and build a strong online community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Management:

    • Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns aligned with BrightPath's brand voice.

    • Create, curate, and manage content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

    • Design high-quality graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Community Engagement:

    • Respond promptly to comments and messages to build trust and foster relationships.

    • Monitor online conversations and address feedback effectively.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

    • Use tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to track performance and optimize strategies.

    • Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

  • Collaboration:

    • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align campaigns with overall company goals.

    • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to maintain a consistent brand message.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management or a similar role.

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    • Experience with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

    • Familiarity with Google Analytics for performance tracking.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

  • SEO Expertise: Experience with SEO, keyword research, and optimizing content for search.
