What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the Team’s Anchor: Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for busy real estate professionals, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

  • Boost Our Marketing Presence: Collaborate on social media campaigns, design marketing materials, and keep our online presence sharp and engaging.

  • Master the Details: Prepare, edit, and organize contracts, listings, and other documents using tools like Microsoft Word with precision and professionalism.

  • Keep Things Moving: Tackle time-sensitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy to help the team stay ahead.

  • Support Real Estate Transactions: Provide hands-on support for deals from start to finish, ensuring compliance and a smooth process for clients.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English proficiency.

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Real estate license.

  • Experience with social media management or marketing tools.
