What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the Team’s Anchor: Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for busy real estate professionals, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Boost Our Marketing Presence: Collaborate on social media campaigns, design marketing materials, and keep our online presence sharp and engaging.
Master the Details: Prepare, edit, and organize contracts, listings, and other documents using tools like Microsoft Word with precision and professionalism.
Keep Things Moving: Tackle time-sensitive tasks with efficiency and accuracy to help the team stay ahead.
Support Real Estate Transactions: Provide hands-on support for deals from start to finish, ensuring compliance and a smooth process for clients.
Requirements:
Fluent English proficiency.
High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Real estate license.
Experience with social media management or marketing tools.
Previous experience in real estate or administrative support roles.
